CCE Seeks Motivated Undergraduate & Graduate Students for Spring Positions
The CCE is currently recruiting for two graduate assistant (GA) positions in literacy programs and group projects and a variety of undergraduate positions to start in spring 2015. Undergraduate openings include Marketing Assistant, Peer Mentor, Program Assistant, and Project Leader positions. Undergraduate and graduate students must be eligible for work study. Cougs VOTE on November 4
The November national elections are coming up fast on Tuesday, November 4, 2014, and we want every Coug’s voice to be heard. While it is not a presidential election year, there will still be many important issues on your ballot, and this is your chance to voice your concerns about critical issues. Participate in Open Poverty Awareness Week Planning Meetings
Poverty Awareness Week is coming up soon, and the CCE is looking for student groups, classes and community partners who are interested in taking part in planning for the week. If your group is interested in sponsoring an event during this week or assisting with this week’s development, please send a representative to the Poverty Awareness Week planning meetings taking place every Thursday from October 9 through November 13 at 1:00 PM in CUB 206. Check out the Pullman Farmer's Market with the CCE
Join the CCE for a trip to the Pullman Farmer’s Market in downtown Pullman every Wednesday at 3:45 PM through the end of October! The Farmer’s Market offers organic locally grown produce locally sourced artisan breads as well as live entertainment. Visiting the farmer’s market is a great way to learn more about your community and to stock up on tasty local treats. Click here to register for this fun event.
CCE One-Time Service Projects Available All Year
The CCE offers a variety of staff-led one-time service projects throughout the year that are open to all students. Transportation is provided! You can download the September and October calendars for a daily view of projects, although you must register for the projects on CougSync to reserve your space. We hope to see you for one of our great local projects!

WSU students can record their service hours as well as other civic engagement activities on CougSync! You can view available projects by clicking 'Service Opportunities' from the WSU Pullman community homepage. You can receive updates and sign up for events on the CCE CougSync Portal. For Global Campus specific events and announcements, online students should join the CCE Online Portal.
