Awareness Weeks

GIVE Carboard City 1.JPGThe CCE works to raise awareness about a number of issues that impact our community and our world. Currently, we host one awareness week per semester: Civic Engagement Week in April and National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week in November.

You cannot change an issue if you do not first increase awareness of that issue! Awareness weeks aim to educate, inspire and motivate people to find their passion and make a difference or to simply become aware of issues that surround them within the community. Attend events, picture5.jpgparticipate in projects, or simply learn about an issue during Civic Engagement Week and National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week.

Whatever you do to advocate positively for important issues impacting our community, your work is important.

Change Your World. Change Yourself.
