Tacoma Rendezvous Food, Supplies, and Teddy Bear Drive

March 2018 | 8 AM – 12 PM
Global students sort donations at the FISH Food Bank.

Each spring ASWSU Global invites CyberCougs and their families to meet in Tacoma for a day filled with great events. At Rendezvous, the CCE holds a table at the resource fair to answer student questions, holds a supplies and toy drive with FISH Food Banks, and holds a live Public Square for Global Campus students.

We invite Global Campus students, guests, staff, and others to join us for our annual food, supplies, and teddy bear drive! Donations can be dropped off in the ballroom by the CCE information table.

  • What Should I Donate?

Please consider donating items such as: nonperishable foods, household supplies, personal hygiene supplies, teddy bears and other toys. For a complete list of donation ideas, check out our Food Pantry Donation Guide. You can also make a cash donation; for every $1 donated, FISH Food Banks is able to provide $9 worth of food!

  • What Organization Does This Benefit?

All donations will benefit the FISH Food Banks of Pierce County, a local organization that has been operating in the area since 1977. FISH Food Banks operates seven food banks throughout western Washington as well as a mobile food bank that visits nine different sites per week. These food banks serve 45,000 people each month.
