DSCF0317 (1)Through the Service Giving Projects, students can receive a certificate stating that they have participated in a community service project in honor of the gift recipient. Global Campus students can participate December 6-14, while projects are available for Pullman students December 11-18. Click here to learn more.


CCE Hours Over Winter Break

P1150534Over winter break, the CCE will hold normal office hours from 8 AM to 5 PM in CUB L48 from December 22 through December 24 and again from January 5 through January 9. The Student Resource Center in CUB L45 will be closed. We will be closed during the designated WSU non-business days from December 25 through January 2.


Spring to Action, Break for Change Now a Course!

November & December 2014 Service Stars Announced

A Day On: Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service, January 19

KingphotoCivil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. believed in greatness through service, and the CCE believes the same. On January 19, 2015, students can participate in a variety of local one-time service projects, including a bus trip to Spokane for the annual MLK Day march. Global students can participate in projects in their own communities as well. Click here to learn more.


Have an Adventure for Spring Break

Climbing At Red Rocks 3Are you looking for an adventure for spring break? Join us on one of two amazing Eco Adventure trips for only $375 each. Students can choose from a rock climbing trip in the Southwest desert or a brand new photography and tour trip to Yosemite Valley! Registration closes March 1, 2015, but there are only six spots on each trip, so register early. Click here to learn more about Alternative Spring Break trips.


CCE One-Time Service Projects Available All Year

DSCN4701The CCE offers a variety of staff-led one-time service projects throughout the year that are open to all students. Transportation is provided! You can download the December calendar for a daily view of projects, although you must register for the projects on CougSync to reserve your space. We hope to see you on an upcoming project!
